I believe in having stocking-stuffers handy, not just during the holidays, but all year long. A stash of good things that someone could really use. Or that I feel like giving to someone I meet. Sometimes it’s a book that I really like, and that offers practical wisdom.

I just found a cool book to add to my stash. It’s called, Don’t Believe It! (Disclosure: that’s my Amazon affiliate link. And by the way, (-: if you use it, I don’t get rich. In fact, I don’t necessarily make any money — or I might  — depending on Amazon’s quirky payout algorithm. And how many books are sold via my link!)

The book is about living bravely. It’s written in everyday language, too. Which is a breath of fresh air, unlike so many reprinted books on ‘creating your reality’. You know, the ones that have great information but were written more than a century ago in that stilted New Thought style… and that some so-called current books resemble.
